Olivia Oceanfront Tulum

I had an incredible stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my time there. One of the highlights was the romantic dinner my boyfriend arranged with the team’s help as a special surprise. The setting was intimate and beautiful, and the food was absolutely exquisite. Thank you for helping make such a special moment even more memorable! I was initially a little surprised by the digital check-in and digital front desk concept, as it was something new to me in Mexico. However, once I got used to it, I found it incredibly convenient. It allowed me to manage everything at my own pace while enjoying greater privacy throughout my stay. One helpful tip for future guests: I recommend notifying the team approximately 10 minutes before arrival to arrange access to the parking area and ensure a smooth arrival. Thank you to the entire Olivia Oceanfront Tulum team for such a wonderful and memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, intimate, and relaxing stay in Tulum!

If you're not used to digital check-in, it might feel a little different at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's actually really convenient! I loved being able to do everything at my own pace while enjoying more privacy throughout my stay.
