Hotel B Unique

It a stunning property, food is amazing, staff is great.

The breakfast is a very weird system not so great. The staff seems overworked though they try to be as attentive and courteous. So some requests get forgotten/delayed. The food is quite overpriced including the bottled water.

B unique is one of my favourite hotels worldwide, and almost certainly the best choice in Cozumel, also because it's not all inclusive. The vibes are cool, the rooms pleasently minimalsic, stylish and sleek with focus on what matters: the sea. The beds are fabulously comfortable. There are lots of of fun amenities: a beautiful dark stone tiled infinity pool, a red tiled hot tub, small cliffs from where you can jump into the cristal clear sea, comfortable sun beds. The service is great the people who work at B unique are very professional but there is no servility. The make me feel like coming home or visit friends more than being just another hotel guest.

There is absolutely nothing I could think of.

The hotel is located on the seafront, and we can also enjoy the facilities of the neighboring hotel.

The rooms were large and spacious, but the quality of the construction and finishes left much to be desired. The sink was leaking. There wasn't much choice for breakfast, but they had some typical Mexican options. However, they only serve one glass of orange/pineapple juice per person, and there is an additional charge if you want more. Asking for a tip for a breakfast that is included. It's not a five-star hotel, far from it.
