Large rooms in a beautiful building. a little farther from the ocean, but well worth it.

TV did not function properly

The manager on duty a female was ineffective Could not handle details simple things like coffee pods. It’s also advertised as a kitchenette

The facility was excellent and the room above our expectations..breakfast was very good. Very quiet location

Location is a bit off the beaten track so plan on using taxis to get around..

Big swimming pool

The decoration of the property is quite overwhelming. Breakfast is prepared individually by a staff member, and it feels a bit uncomfortable to have to ask for it every morning. It also feels unusual that tips are requested (in an informal way) for every small service. Overall, the place doesn’t really feel like a hotel. Since people seem to live there, it feels more like staying in someone’s home or an Airbnb, which can be uncomfortable at times. In my room (the one with elephant décor), the bathroom had several issues: the shower had almost no water pressure, and the water didn’t drain properly. The outdoor floor area was also very dirty and wasn’t cleaned during my stay. Additionally, there are three birds kept in cages outside, which felt strange and added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.
