I requested kind size bed, top floor ocean-facing. Room 403 is large, balcony is fantastic to see different cruise ships coming and going. Quiet little fridge froze things by morning. Not much road noise, but I was here mid September low season during the Ironman triathlon so the party scene was minimal. Elevator seems new and works great, can go from the street to any floor.

Wi-Fi in hallway outside of room but no WiFi in the room. Shower head squirted in all directions, not much in the direction desired. Many outlets, couldn't find one that would hold the charger in to charge my phone.

For the money, the best choice in Cozumel. Located in the center of town overlooking the malecon and the Caribbean. Spring for the 'mar vista' balcony room. The free breakfast was meager, a crescent roll with jam and coffee, but it's delivered on order to your room!

I could have used an elevator, but they did honor my request for a lower floor.

I had booked a room with pool view (cheaper!), however, upon arrival I was offered an ocean view room for only 150 pesos ($ 8) more a night. I took it! I am very glad I did as the view was beautiful and the balcony large and well equipped with 2 convenient chairs and a hammock seat. The tiny bathroom was cute (but likely hard to clean). The room was very clean with a fridge and a TV. That's about it. They bring you coffee with croissants in the morning. I liked it.

Ugly room. The bedspread needs to be replaced, the walls repainted, and some decorations added.. It is bare and the mauve colors are awful. I paid over a hundred dollars a night (before the upgrade) which is extremally high for what the hotel is. It's worth about 50 to $ 60 dollars!
