The beach front and sea was amazing for snorkeling. We only stayed 1 night was better value than booking a beach day pass. The food was ok would be better if had more variation if was staying longer but good overall.

The staff were amazing. From the moment we checked in until we checked out they were great. The hotel is fairly close to town so getting into town for excursions or shopping was easy. The place was quiet and peaceful. The pools were nice, the beach was typical Mexican, but had a very nice snorkeling area.
Normal bed was very hard. The resort is older and dated, but kept up very well. It did not have a lot of the bells and whistles of newer resorts. If you want a nice relaxing place, this is the one.

The staff is great, the cleaning is always on point but the bathrooms and beds are outdated
The comfort of the beds is below 0, much comfier to sleep in the floor. The beach beds are all covered in bird shit even if you ask the staff to come and clean it probably will take an hour or so, the food is just basic and repetitive. I would say that the pool and the beach are the only worthy things in this resort.
