Olbil Hotel Boutique

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. It was only for a night and wished I had a week there. Very comfortable and clean room, and very helpful staff. Love the style in this hotel. Close to Centro.

An incredible gem just outside the city centre, the staff were amazing, so friendly and the rooms were absolutely incredible. We only wish we’d had a longer stay, we’ll absolutely be back.

Such a cute hotel, intimate and felt luxury. Food was great too. Coffee the best I had in Mexico! Also had a massage which was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

By far the best thing was the breakfast. The guy at the bar was so accommodating. the food was delicious and healthy. not your American typical eggs and bacon affair. think smoothies and really nice Benedicts with salad. delicious coffees made from espresso machines. soooo good. the staff was amazing too. very accommodating.

I really hate to post this. because the staff and the breakfast were amazing. but I post in hope they will improve. we stayed in unit 1. if you get that one ask for another. it wasn't super full because I think they are still getting established. I so don't want to post anything negative, because I don't want it to threaten to jobs of the staff. they were 7-star amazing on a 5-star chart. ok here goes. we paid premium money like $250 a night and things were failing. 1) multiple asks for hot water, and multiple resets of the boiler. For that much money the hot water should work. plain and simple. 2) the shower didn't drain. normally not a problem and can be forgotten. but again, $250/nt and no hot water and water that doesn't drain? it seriously bums me out to post this. the staff were so good. we had a car and they would walk with us to the car park each time we wanted out and back in. it's not in the same location as property. but not hot water and no drainage in the shower is tablestakes. please please get that fixed. with all the troubles we were asked to pay 1000 pesos for our dogs and I had to show that dogs were no extra charge from our booking.com reservation. then when we wanted to check out late they still charged us 1000 pesos even with no hot water and no drain. truth is my GF and I only took one shower in a 2night stay because we couldn't get hot water and it wouldn't drain. kind of a disaster, but hey we were in holiday in Mexico and stuff can go sideways. that is ok but not for $250 a night. I'm so sorry to the staff. you all were amazing and happy to be around. but I had to leave some feedback so you can fix it.
