Beautiful property, friendly staff and some of the best food we ate in Tulum! The room and decor was beautiful, the yoga classes and instructor were lovely. Definitely recommend for romantic getaway or girls weekend retreat. It’s was very relaxing all around

The massage wasn’t very good and was way over priced. Wish they would have more drinking water in the room. They just had a refillable liter size pitcher, we’d go through it quickly. But you could get free refills for it at the bar. Minor complaints

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable accommodation

Staff were very nice but the service was really bad, so slow and generally all over the place. Small point but there was no turndown service which we had at our other hotel with less stars. Milly at reception was really good, she did try to organise the staff but it just seemed like they weren't with it at all! The food wasn't anything special and so very expensive. I wouldn't go back to the Muare but on the other hand it was very nice. We preferred the Bardo where we stayed first.
