    An absolute dream of a hotel and an incredible treat for couples. The in-room pool is huge and genuinely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here so much and will definitely return and recommend it to our friends.

    This hotel was amazing and looked exactly like the photos. The pools were a little worn down, but that was expected. We stayed in the Deluxe Villa, and the pool water can get cold when the AC and fan are running. If you turn the AC off and it’s warm outside, the room and pool heat up nicely. Based on other reviews, we were worried the water would be ice cold, but it’s only freezing when the AC is on. The staff was very kind and helpful — we accidentally locked ourselves out of the safe, and they handled it quickly. The food was great, just a bit pricey, but that’s normal for Tulum. My only real complaint was the shower: the water was freezing cold for my entire stay. I really wish we had warm water for showering. Other than that, the hotel was a solid 9/10 for me. We enjoyed ourselves, and just a heads up — the location doesn’t pull correctly on maps. The sign is small, and the entrance is tucked away
