Panacea Condo Tulum

Great Location, lots of cafes, bars restaraumts close by. Ground floor Apartment was super clean big and well maintained. Good aircon, spacipus bathroom amd the comfiest big bed!!! Lots of hanging space for clothes etc. Kitchen well equipped. Nice outside space with table and chairs and even a hammock. Very peaceful in the day and at night. Pool was cleaned daily and was big, good for swimming and cooling off in the heat, great loungers and shaded area. I had a nice relaxing stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Panacea Condo Tulum. The property was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I truly felt at home during my time there. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for both work and staying connected. The atmosphere was relaxing, the grounds were beautiful, and the unit had everything I needed for an extended stay. I enjoyed it so much that I’m already considering returning for a month-long visit. I noticed some previous reviews mentioned the location, but personally I found it very walkable. The only real challenge at times was the Tulum heat, not the distance itself. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would gladly stay again.

The apartament smelt of damp

The pool is the nicest part about the condo, and the efficiency of self-check in and instructions. The bed was very comfortable too.

It was a dark, ground floor unit, no direct sunlight. Meaning it was cold and humid. The shower got maximum 2 minutes of hot water. We complained and they tried to fix it, but it still didn’t work. We checked out a week early and went somewhere else, with warm dry rooms and hot showers. Aside from that, the bathroom didn’t look very clean. There’s no cleaning service at all even for 12 nights, no change of towels.
