You're in a peaceful residential neighbourhood with local cafes, shops, and restaurants along Fraser Street and Main Street close by, and Victoria Drive a little further on. Queen Elizabeth Park is a short drive for gardens and city views, and downtown Vancouver is roughly a 20 to 25 minute drive or transit ride, so it's easy to explore the city and come back to somewhere calm.
