I love this place - it's like an old friend. We've stayed here quite a number of times and it's always great. I like the restaurant too - comfortable, waitstaff are great, TV;s are placed nicely! It's odd sometimes when you stay at a hotel that you leave it for meals but here you never need to!
Location is great too.

Clean rooms, great staff, central location and I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Vancouver.

Overnight stay before an international flight. I liked the location, lots of great looking restaurants in the area. Easy access to SkyTrain and airport. Room has a great view. Bed was comfortable, pillows a bit on the soft side, would have liked to have firmer pillows but for one night not worth complaining. Bathtub/shower combo was fine, morning special. Washroom provided dove soap which smelled nice, but I personally felt was a bit cheap. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful which made things so much more easy. It's amazing how much good stuff can positively impact a trip!
