The stay was adequate. My only complaint is with not having 'real' cable. The programs I could watch were frequently interrupted with interference and sound that cut out often.

Ease of parking is great. Staff friendly. Elevator was so busy. Had to wait 15 min to get from parkade to lobby to check in, then wait 10 min for elevator from lobby to room. Bath tub drain was stuck closed so had to shower in standing water. Tub drained slowly over the course of the night.

The property was very convenient to access VGH and the Cancer Clinic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and amenities. We did find the outlets for plug in beside the beds did not work well as they were very loose. There were no usb plug ins. Updates in this area would be helpful.

We stayed one night before a cruise. The front counter staff was very helpful with recommendations for things to do near by and maps. The bar and restaurant staff were also very nice and friendly. The rooms were standard, kind of small, but clean. We didn’t use the pool.
