Would definitely come back for the very good location

This B&B is just a very short walk from the sky train (Broadway-City Hall station), so a very good place where to go if you don't want to use your car. The area is very pretty and safe for a quiet walk around the neighborhood. Thankfully we could park in the small parking lot without a problem. The breakfast was nice, served on the back porch and kitchen area. They allowed us to check in early. It's expensive to stay in Vancouver (even there), but the other choices in town were much more expensive than this guest house so we would recommend you stay there.

We had the studio Charlotte. We would recommend this room for a short stay (it is a basic and no frills room). There was no bedside table to put my CPAP machine, cell phone, etc., on. The bed was placed against the wall (which isn't practical for a couple or elderly people).

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location

The check in process was quick and easy. Hosts were very accommodating for last minute changes. The breakfast was wonderful! Attentive and polite staff who custom made fantastic French toast and eggs. Fresh croissants were delicious! The location was perfect with easy access to bus, Uber and within walking distance to attractions, shopping, and cafes, etc. The building and room itself were charming and cozy.

The TV was smaller and not in an optimal position for more than 2 people to watch, but we weren't there to watch TV (never turned it on), so I imagine this is a non-issue for most. The room was a little cramped for four of us, but again, we were not staying in the room for extended periods of time, and I expect there are usually less than 4 guests in this suite.

Old Vancouver townhouse stay

We loved staying in an old Vancouver town house, well located near the Canada Line Skytrain and not far from Downtown. Being an old house, it had it's quirks but that was part of the old world charm. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming and we enjoyed our morning eggs! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very old, need renovation.

The breakfast was good but very limited time available. Location is good for what I needed.

The room is run down. Very old carpet. The plumbing wasn't working well. bathroom need renovation. Faucets were broken in the shower and the sink. There was dust in the fan cover, probably not cleaned for years. AC was from the window shooting directly onto the bed and was not enough to keep the room cool. The old AC unit is very noisy. The check in time is limited between 3 and 5 pm, not very flexible when traveling.

Staying in the “Penthouse” was a joke. This place needs serious maintenance. It is beat. Carpet is coming up. plaster in the walls is bubbled out.. So worn. The back door does not lock! Boats and other random things stored on the property. Furnishings are so cheap. I thought there would be charm but there is no charm at all other than the front porch. Towels are stained and worn..

Convenient and well-run place for a short stay.

Great location close to the Skytrain (and VGH if you are having medical procedures done). The room had everything you might need including extra blankets, lots of towels. Surprisingly quiet given how close it is to a main thoroughfare. Great breakfast.

Outstanding. Good quality at a great location.

Although a modest Guest House, this establishment is outstanding. It is in excellent condition. Our Penthouse unit was more spacious than we needed. When we reported a technical problem, staff were there to repair it within minutes. We had free parking, a rarity in such a central location. And a chef to prepare breakfast!

As we arrived after the "staff hours", we had to haul our luggage up to the third floor ourselves. The staff brought it down when we left though.

Little charmer

Wonderful check in experience - staff went above and beyond.. Full delicious breakfast. Period house in a charming area, close to great restaurants and shops. Really nice area to walk or cycle around. The size of the room was fabulous - 3 separate spaces.

Nice week in a lovely atmosphere

Lovely atmosphere following a very nice welcome. Breakfast was provided in the conservatory and was instantly cooked on demand and served. The room was outside, but attached to, the main building. Two locks from the SkyTrain the property was perfectly placed for the city centre and waterfront.

I only wanted a B & B with a nice atmosphere and this was perfect. I had seen mixed reviews but I couldn’t fault anything.
