Unacceptable room 1116 Not a king bed whichI paid for Our bathroom door wont stay closed and with my 6’5” partner its WAY to tiny he cant get in without stepping into the shower. There is a pretty suspicious dribble on the bathroom door jam as well! Room was not ready for 4 pm For the price and how far out I booked I expectedbetter At LEAST not the tiniest-room you have. This was our first stay here and we are disappointed

The parking was terrible. We were sent down to the underground Parkade, even though there were no spots available to park in. This caused us to almost be late to our event.the elevator didn’t work when we came back from our concert. Our shower water would not heat up and was freezing cold. We are super disappointed and will not be booking here again.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. Kitchen was convenient. Hotel was across the road from the Hop on Hop off bus which was very convenient. Room was large and cool with airconditioning. Lovely pool inside the building.

Some sketchy people stay here, I would say it’s something like a 2-3 star hotel. But traveled on business and it had a comfortable enough bed so it works if you’re not picky.

When we arrived in the room there was some garbage still on the floor from the last stay including a pop bottle. We were heading out to a meeting and notified housekeeping to come clean it up. Nobody ever came.

The stay was overall pre good the window had bird poop on it tho and my grandma had a bag of chips on the chair and she just found out as we where leaving that it had a hole on the bottom of it and my grandpa claimed he saw something run across the room i personally never seen the mouse but idk if it’s all a coincidence but i thought i should bring it forward

This hotel is a great location if you are attending Rogers for an event. HOWEVER if you don't like waiting 15 plus minutes for an elevator request a room on the lower floors. At best one elevator was working at a time and was constantly full even after you waited 15 min for it to arrive. Moxies is in the hotel for food which was great, everything is very convenient.

Wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The staff went above and beyond in making it an enjoyable stay from advising me on the best running paths, restaurants, and fun things to do in the area. The room was super comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near Rogers Arena which was my top reason for choosing to stay here. It was a wise decision!

The location was great for what I needed and the bed itself was quite comfortable. However, for value that I paid the room was really small and rather unclean. There was even silverfish I caught a few times in the bathroom and I was on the 11th floor. I was not impressed overall.

Nice to have two food options on site, good location for downtown activities. Parking was just weird - guess they’re resurfacing the parkade and getting around was a challenge. Extra costs for parking and pets plus lots of taxes - tourism? Eco? Service? Don’t know as they were all abbreviated - but they certainly bumped up the cost. Room was small but the shower was nice. Staff seemed a bit indifferent.

We had a corner room which restricted space for luggage and movement around room and was disappointing for the price. Hallway and lift was blocked every morning by large cleaning trolleys suggesting they need more space! We didn’t get to try out pool
