Two double beds were very comfortable, the large sofa bed was too soft for me but my sister found it super comfy. Bathroom was fine, lovely walk in shower. Aircon worked superbly well and was very quiet. Location absolutely perfect, just 5 mins walk from Waterfront Station. Staff were super helpful.
When the sofabed was out there wasn’t a huge amount of room in the lounge but that’s just a tiny niggle, I’d definitely stay at this hotel again if I were visiting Vancouver.

The rooms are clean.
It’s very expensive for a hotel that is located at the edge of an area that has lots of drug addicts. The breakfast was unimpressive and meagre. One English breakfast tea bag, no dressing gowns and no extra towels is not expected when paying so much.
