Once you are inside, it is great. The apartment has a huge balcony, and one can go down with the elevator directly into the shopping mall underneath. Other guests have complained about the sofa bed, but it is actually fine as long as you don't unfold it. Bus, tram, metro, a great variety of shops and restaurants are "steps" away.

To receive check-in instructions, we had to register via a link to a portal. The link itself kept disappearing. We were required to upload a selfie and an ID, as well as to pay a €200 security deposit. It turned out that the ID had not been uploaded, which forced us to try repeatedly, contact the owners on the matter, and so on. There is a sauna (which we didn't use). But there were altogether only 3 bath towels (no hand towels). We also had to buy our own laundry detergent, as there wasn't any provided. There was also no trash can in the bathroom. We believe this is something that can be fixed very easily. The owners actually messaged us offering to bring whatever was needed, but we didn't get around to writing back.

Nice apartment, balcony meant there was quite a lot of space. Good location for site seeing and shopping in city.

Sofa bed wasn't really suitable for an adult.

We loved the terrace, location, sauna, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is in the Kamppi area which is right in the city center. The terrace was the perfect spot for morning tea/coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics.

The sofa bed was terrible - it had a big gap between the mattress and sofa and the mattress was saggy which caused shoulder and back pain. The sofa should not be advertised as a bed, otherwise you will receive other bad reviews.
