Amazing apartment, great location, let down by poor check in

Amazing location and a really great apartment with everything you could possibly need. Having a glazed balcony was a great addition and a great place to cool down after a sauna.

Check in. We booked an hour earlier check in and when we put the code in the machine to collect the keys it was empty. We tried calling the two emergency numbers but no one responded. It was by sheer luck, that after waiting for 20 minutes we decided to go and have a coffee and to keep trying the numbers, as we left a cleaner arrived and she had our keys. So after scrolling through emails to prove our booking we finally got our keys. Hardly a luxury experience

Superb location & good people

A very good apartment at a great location, literally on top of Kamppi center. Staff were really nice and helpful, stepping up to assist immediately when there was a problem.. Ultimately, a very good deal at the price we paid for it.

The apartment is publicized as a 1 bedroom apartment, and so I was expecting a living room and a bedroom. But it was a studio apartment, which means only 1 room. There is a 200 euro deposit which is not mentioned in the add.. There needs to be instructions for operating the sauna. The following is written considering the apartment's original price as stated in the add is over 200 Euros (even though we got it at a 40% discount) The apartment looks good in general, but it needs some touch-ups. With the cheap prices of screens today, you should really get a bigger TV for the room. 32 inch just doesn't cut it, especially with the big white wall in its background which makes it seem even more minute. The main ceiling light cord which was attached with double sided foam tape didn't hold up, and the cord was dangling down which also gave the room a cheap look. the shower head holder kept sliding down its pole, and that was a bugger. This apartment has so much potential, but you need to give more attention to the little details.

the worst experience in our life . We thought we booked one bed room but actually it was a studio ! so it was a wrong information on booking and we never received any refund ! it was horrible ! we booked for 3 nights and finally we spent just one night with our 2 small kids . we booked something with a real one bedroom. the staff was so rude and no professional. an advice don’t book with them

It was self catering. Kitchen fully equipped. Heating good. Washer and drier also. My two requests were met Balcony and Sauna. Sauna instructions could have been better. I did not like having to place a £200 euro deposit bond pre any issues ie breakages etc. Need to check if it's still in my bank.

The apartment is super cosy. The balcony is a dream. The apartment has everything what you need, it is clean and nice.

The refrigerator made a noise, but seems that it was broken at that day we stayed and now fixed. Anyway it was easy to turn it off.

Lovely apartment

Location was great. Close walk to Central terminal, quick tram ride to water front, and located near a mall and supermarket. Room was comfortable and spacious. Balcony was lovely!!! All the amenities were great.

Wish the sauna worked or we knew how to work it :( also, follow the directions exact from the booking to avoid any confusion.

There were a pair of old socks on the window in the balcony. I was shocked when I saw this. The bedclothes has dirty spots. Maybe I was too sensitive, but I was traveling with baby. I had to check these carefully. Several lights in the room did not work. If you are driving to this place, the best parking place is under Kamppi. We spent 30e to park for the night. If we add this cost, I would choose other hotels with parking availabilities. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioner. I felt hot when we visited. Check the weather forecast before booking, if you visit the city in a hot weather.

若只是睡覺和考量裝潢來說還不錯，但是時不時的缺點影響住宿體驗，若有其他住宿選擇不建議這間 (除非很想洗桑拿)

住宿地點非常方便，距離車站、地鐵和超市都很近，且附有廚房因此可以很容易準備食物，布置也都非常漂亮，且有桑拿室

這次住宿是三天兩夜共三人，但毛巾和被單僅有準備兩人分，跟服務人員反應後請我們找櫥櫃，但櫥櫃是空的，反應是空的之後客服請我寫email寄信，寄信之後完全消失，11點快12點才回覆說隔天會補上缺少的物品，隔天才回覆說備品在沙發床底下，服務品質非常不好，有一天有一人是在沒有棉被的情況下睡覺的。另外，時常會發現有壞掉的東西，住宿方會在入住前收取200歐元的押金，但偏偏在入住時就有很多東西是壞的 (例如桑拿的燈罩掉下來、水龍頭漏水、室外陽台燈泡插電不亮等等) ，若有入住發現壞掉的東西建議一律拍照儲存以保護自己的權益

Kjøkkenet manglet grunnleggende ting for å kunne lage mat. Det var for eksempel ingen krydder som salt, pepper og sukker. Sauna er for en person av gangen.

En päässyt sisälle asuntoon. Ilman avaimia toimiva systeemi vaatii älypuhelinta, jonka kautta on avattava oma varaus. Varauksen kautta on avattava ovi. Entä jos kulkee yksinkertaisella puhelimella niin kuin minä tuolloin? Puhelimeen ei vastata. Lopputulos oli, etten päässyt sisään lainkaan. Jos olisin tiennyt tästä, en olisi lainkaan varannut. Rahoja ei palauteta. Täytyisi ohjeistaa jo alkuun, että sisäänpääsy on helppoa vain, jos on viimeisen päälle kehittynyt tekniikka mukana. Mielestäni varausta on muutenkin vaikea availla, eli se on monen klikkauksen takana. Yllätys on myös se, että varauksen jälkeen täytyy kopioida passit / henkilöpaperit ja ottaa itsestään valokuva.

Vaarallinen oven avaus järjestelmä!

Kämpän sijainti oli loistava. Toimiva asunto. Ajan patina kyllä näkyi.

Selaimeen perustuva oven avaus oli onneton. Epäluotettava ja mahdollisuus jättää sinut oven ulkopuolelle. Ja Ovi aukesi itsestään muutaman kerran aina kun oli tullut sisään. Selain antoi joka kerta virheen että ovi ei auennut. Ja Naapurit jäivät oven ulkopuolelle kun yhtäkkiä heidän varaukseen oli tullut häiriö. Yhteys asiakaspalveluun ei toiminut. Lopulta heidän piti soittaa poliisille että isännöitsijä päästi sisälle. Lyhyesti aika pelottava tilanne joka muuttui todeksi pojille. Teidän sivuston mukaan piti hakea fyysinen avain mutta kun koitin sitä hakea niin koodi ei toiminut jonka olin saanut teidän sivuston kautta. Laitoin niille viestiä ja he sanoivat että sitä avainta ei tarvitse.😐 Sanoisin että järkyttävää toimintaa.

為止非常市中心，旁邊就是車站與購物中心，並且設有電梯

陽台的燈與暖氣無法使用，與客服人員溝通，需要拍照再用郵局傳給他們，最後也未提供解決方案；讓我們不能使用到陽台，非常可惜。

С одной стороны географически расположение отличное, с другой сильно усложнен заезд, особенно для путешественников на машине. Из плюсов данных апартаментов: приятный балкон, наличие сауны, стиральной машины и сушилки.

Все остальное - полное разочарование сразу же после оплаты. Вначале для осуществления регистрации необходимо заплатить депозит 200 евро, что конечно указано на Букинге, но не слишком заметно. Затем, чтобы получить ключи, необходимо ехать по другому адресу. Да, расстояние небольшое, но всё-таки в центре города, при путешествии на автомобиле, значение имеет. После регистрации появляется возможность запросить парковочное место онлайн, однако ответа на наш запрос мы так и не дождались, например. В общем, заселение в данные апартаменты - тот еще квест. Сами же апартаменты в достаточно плохом состоянии. Не совсем соответствует фотографиям на сайте. Мы, к примеру, выбирали апартаменты с большим телевизором в надежде посмотреть кино, однако в номере нас ждал маленький телевизор с кабельным тв, не имеющим ничего общего с тем, что на фото. В целом, было довольно много несоответствий и неприятностей. Датчик дыма на потолке был отвернут, что противоречит законодательству. Над столом лампа тоже отсутствовала, от неё остались лишь неэстетичные следы двустороннего скотча на потолке. Холодильник старый, с неприятным запахом, продукты там хранить неприятно. Находиться там было крайне неприятно, в целом. У нас создалось впечатление, что номер попросту не успели убрать, поскольку на рабочем столе стояла использованная посуда (кружка с водой), поверхности были пыльными, пол в том числе (мои черные колготки мгновенно превратились в серые). Постель была заправлена довольно нетипичным образом (бронь была на двоих, постелено на одного). При входе, сразу же бросилось в глаза грязное постельное бельё. На белом белье буквально были явные следы грязи. Пришлось всё это постельное белье снимать и поспешно стирать, что характерно - грязь отстиралась. Вопрос: когда же его стирали до этого? При смене белья, был обнаружен матрац в жутком состоянии, в пятнах (крови в том числе). Интересно что когда я обратилась с жалобой в поддержку, мне ответили что у них все ок! :)

Asunto oli siisti ja hyvässä sijainnissa. Taloyhtiö oli rauhallinen. Asunto kodikas ja hyvin varustettu.

Asunnosta puuttui palovaroitin. Jääkaappipakastimen hurina oli hetkittäin hieman häiritsevää. Monivaiheinen online-checkin tuli yllätyksenä, samoin kuin 200 euron "vuokratakuu"
