The best thing about this property is very clear check-in instructions and its location. All instructions were electronic, including the code of the main door and key lock box location, so getting into property was very easy and smooth, without the need for any additional explanations. Location is also great, I believe no more than 0.4 km from the Kampi Mall (city center). The apartment was very bright, with great view from the window. Bathroom was clean and overall acceptable. Good price/value relationship.
The apartment itself was below my expectations. It looked way better in pictures. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Kitchen and bathroom lacked some essential amenities (including some basic spices).

The best attribute of this apartment is its location. You get to stay at a calm street, and yet it takes 10 mins by foot to reach the busiest part of the city center! The apartment itself was small but very functional and clean. It has everything you need, even for a longer stay (kitchen appliances and kitchenware are provided). Also, I appreciated that the apartment is well heated: it was a big plus since the weather is still quite cold in late April.
The interior is quite outdated: even though it’s clean and well-maintained, I wouldn’t say it feels necessarily cozy. Plus, I had a small issue with the door lock: even though I shut it, it opened accidentally because of the draught in the stairwell. Luckily, it happened during the day when I was awake, but it did get me scared for a moment. Also, be aware that the bed will hardly fit more than one adult in it. I was solo and didn’t have trouble with it, but I think it’s a good thing to mention.

Location was great
Not accomodating staff arrived half hour early, was raining they wouldn’t allow check in! No where to wait out of weather! No option to store luggage we are travelling around the world so luggage is heavy to lug around! Bed was to close to wall could walk around it! No top sheet and one small thin quilt that didn’t cover mattress! No instructions to use washing machine dials in Finnish! Heater was too hot couldn’t alter it!!!
