Many things! Including the sauna, washer/dryer, and sun porch.

It would have been nice to have written instructions for the sauna (including switches), the washer and dryer. We don’t have condensation dryers in the US, for example, so took a few minutes to figure out we needed to empty it. Also, the fridge was not on and the freezer door doesn’t close well. Exit instructions would be great too. We discovered that going to the bottom and then pushing a button on a door took us into the mall, which is nice, but we were unsure what to do when we got to that level. A resident helped us out. The toilet base is somewhat loose too.

Ruokailuvälineitä puuttui, minkäänlaista keittiörättiä ei ollut, joten pöytiä piti pyyhkiä talouspaperilla, mitä myöskään ei ollut. Myös käsipyyhkeet puuttuivat. Rätin ostin itse, muut asiat toimitettiin seuraavana päivänä.

Loistava sijainti ja ihana asunto!

Asunnon löytäminen oli haasteellista, mutta se saattoi johtua siitä että tein varauksen samana päivänä, joten en ehtinyt saada tarkkoja tietoja.

Spacious, good location and facilities. It says it can accommodate 4 people, ok for a couple with two small children, but 4 adults, no way! I reported a broken tumble drier, light fitting and missing tea towels, and got a same day response, which was good. Drier could not be fixed immediately, though.

The tumble drier did not work and the aircon was functional but poor. The property is entirely managed by an AI bot! We asked it for an extra key and towels etc. so our daughter and husband could stay with us for 4 nights. These were not provided so just as well the couple had decided to stay in a nearby hotel. Check in is all automated via a key dispenser activated using a code they give you via a link on their client portal from 16:00 on arrival day. It did not work at that time, however. Luckily a lady was still in the office where the key safe is reprogrammed it for me. Why this was necessary I don’t know!
