Central location and convenience

No door on bedroom only a thin curtain

The location is great, close to the Railway station, as well as a few shops. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The staff we talked to online was quick to answer but ultimately did not address our issues.

The pictures are old and staged. In reality, the place was dirty and the furniture was old. There is a wet shower, which is not mentioned or flagged in the description. The light in the bathroom was broken so we had to shower with the door open. There were still cosmetics in the bathroom from previous guests which, together with the broken light, confirmed that the cleaning personnel did not even clean the bathroom before we came. There was also coffee in the filter, that was also not touched by cleaning. The elevator is old and pretty unpleasant. They initially offered another cleaning session and a person to come and take a look at the light but not on the first day, the second day after 5pm, which was too late for us. They asked if we'll take a partial refund instead, but that never came. Overall, a bad experience for a vacation.
