Make sure your heater is working.

The location is very close to mall

The heater was not working, it is 0-3 degrees celcius, and we have to sleep in cold during first night . The second night the property send a portable heater.

Great location, but do not rent here if you want to sleep well at night.

Apartment is specious and new, great location right above the big shopping mall and lot's of shops and restaurants. Also all the public transport connections are close by, so the place is easily accessible.

- Pillows are in terrible condition, pillow covers do not match pillow sizes. And providing only one pillow per traveler is not enough. - No hand towels provided - No dish rags in the kitchen for keeping table tops clean. - CURTAINS ARE NOT ADEQUATE, PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. The bedroom curtains do not cover the whole window, and the large light signs from the buildings across light up the whole bedroom at night. This is not acceptable in a place with this kind of a price tag. I can only imagine the situation is even worse in the summer time. - all in all due to these reasons, we did not sleep well during our stay

Really great apartment in excellent location.

Great apartment, comfortable with everything we needed. I was a little concerned by some of the reviews about key collection. My flight arrived at 1am and I didn't want any issues with accessing the apartment in the middle of the night. However, the communication with 2nd homes was excellent, very easy key collection and detailed instructions for both the key collection and entering the apartment. Sauna was a great addition in the winter.

Kitchen wasn't hugely well equipped but it wasn't an issue for us for only a few nights.

Facilities, general location above Kamppi shopping centre and metro, sauna, kitchen, bedroom. Overall very comfortable and convenient apartment to use apart from the convoluted access

In years gone by I have stayed at other apartments in the same complex through the same company and had the advantage of a key fob that allowed direct access to the shopping mall downstairs via the main lift, which saves repeating a convoluted navigation from outside the shopping centre to and from the apartment. As this was not available this time that was a bit disappointing. Having to collect the keys from an office 600m away from the entrance to the apartment building when transporting luggage on check-in was also a bit of an inconvenience.

Beautiful apartment near public transportation

Really pretty, clean apartment. The balcony is spacious and beautiful. The bed and the couch bed were both very comfortable. Great TV with Netflix and cable, strong wifi. The sauna was great, nice washer and dryer, good water and water pressure. Walk outside and down the sidewalk to the tram, or inside Kamppi Center to the metro or bus station. The Espresso House in the Kamppi Center has great coffee.

There were 2 pillows on the bed, and 2 extra pillows in the closet, but no pillowcases for the two extras (we checked all the linens). We were 2 friends traveling together, so didn't want to share the bed. The key pick up is at a different location a couple of blocks away. It can't be picked up until 4, and there is no luggage storage provided, so we had to find a storage locker in the bus station in the Kamppi Center to use in the morning when our train came in, until we could pick up the key. We were only given one key, so we had to basically go everywhere together, as there are 3 doors and 2 elevators to go through to get to the apartment from the street and 3 doors require the key - Door on the street, elevator, door, walk through courtyard, door, elevator, then down the hall to the apartment door. There were 2 "empty" bottles of laundry detergent under the bathroom sink (each had about 1 tablespoon left). It would be really nice if some ground coffee was left in the cabinet to make coffee in the morning, and more than one key provided.

Nicht existenter Kundenservice.

Die elektronische Anlage am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert und das Notruftelefon war nicht besetzt. So standen wir um Mitternacht mehr als eine Stunde vor dem Eingang. Auf meine Mail hat vor 9.00 am Morgen niemand reagiert. Keine Entschuldigung keine Vergütung.

Loistava huoneisto!

Huoneisto oli siisti, tilava ja sijainniltaan aivan huippu! Helppo liikkua kävellen tai julkisilla mihin tahansa. Sijaintiin nähden yllättävän rauhallinen. Tykästyttiin niin, että jatkettiin vuokrausta vielä yhdellä yöllä, sekin sujui hyvin. 2nd Homesin varausvahvistuksessa oli selkeät ohjeet huoneistoon ja oven avaamiseen. Vaikka meitä oli viisi ja kuljimme eri porukoissa, varauksen tehnyt pystyi puhelimen kautta kätevästi avaamaan oven. Parisänky mukavan jämäkkä, teinit nukkuivat vuodesohvalla ja yksi vuodetuolista tehdyssä petissä. Sauna oli myös huippujuttu, helteelläkin! Pyykkiä pestiin koneellinen ja ne kuivuivat hetkessä parvekkeen telineessä. Kuivausrummun käyttö olisi ollut tässä noin +30 asteen helteessä ehkä vähän liikaa 😅

Bookingilta tulleessa varausvahvistuksessa ohjeistettiin hakemaan avaimet eri osoitteesta. Sinänsä pikku juttu, mutta tähän huoneistoon ei tosiaan fyysisiä avaimia tarvittu, 2nd Homesin ohjeet olivat selkeät. Ensimmäisiä ohjeita (vähän kiireessäkin) lukiessa oli jäänyt mieleen, että avaimet eri osoitteesta. Ilmastointia olisi kaivannut tässä helteessä. Keittiön vesihana vähän turhan moderni, mutta aina sai kylmää vettä kun vähän aikaa pyöritti vipua 😊

Irreführend ist, dass eine Adresse angegeben ist, wo man den Schlüssel abholen sollte, jedoch gibt es keinen Schlüssel; die Anweisungen zum Einchecken sind super! Kein WLAN :-(

Can sıkıcı ve keyifsiz.

Mekanın konumu iyi, ulaşım araçlarına çok fazla mesafe yok. Market vb. etrafta bulabilirsiniz. Alışveriş merkezine de yakın.

Temizlik iyi değildi. Evde bir önceki misafirlerden kalmış çorap, çöp vb. vardı. Daha sonra ben check in yaptıktan sonra gelip aldılar. Aynı zamanda dolapların kapakları kırık ve kullanılmaz haldeydi. Hepsinden de öte kaç defa haber vermeme rağmen ısıtıcılar çalışmıyordu. İlgileneceğiz dediler ama ilgilenmediler. Çok soğuktu. Buz dolabından da ara ara alarm sesleri geliyordu. Gidip alarmı susturmanız gerekiyordu. Binanın asansörü çalışmadı 4 kat merdivenlerden çıkmak zorundaydım. Yani kısacası benim için hiç iyi bir deneyim olmadı.

Het mooie balkon/terras en de locatie. De inventaris was heel volledig. De instructie om de sleutel te krijgen en het appartement binnen te komen was heel duidelijk

Het appartement is aan een kleine renovatie/opknap-beurt toe. Enkele zaken werkten niet goed of waren stuk (kastdeurtjes los/stuk, knop sauna stuk, vriezer werkt niet, vaatwasser was nog vol bij aankomst). Hierop hebben wij van de verhuurder direct een reactie ontvangen. Dat was prettig.

طريقة استلام المفتاح من مكان اخر وان تكون بعد الساعة الرابعة مساء هذه السياسة ليست مريحه للوصول للشقة لابد ان تمر عبر مبنيين مختلفين وهي مزعجة لمن يحمل اغراض كثيرة او ثقيله
