2ndhomes Charming 1BR Apartment in Yrjönkatu

The location for the property is fabulous. Easy walking distance to the city centre, trains, shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and very quiet. The broadband speed was good.

Apart from the front room, the rest of the apartment looks like it’s been furnished from a bad charity shop. There are assumed live electrical wires in a plastic bag in the kitchen. There are dirty fingerprints on a lot of the paintwork including the toilet. The toilet is very cheap and flimsy. Regardless to what the agents say, the provided instructions to find the entrance are wrong. Look for O’Malley’s pub, and the entrance is on the opposite side of the road or use what3words ///muddy.bells.saga as a guide. We spent about an hour following the agents instructions which were sending us in the wrong direction. I think it could be an absolutely wonderful apartment but it needs redecorating, refurnishing, and modernising.

Struttura accogliente e ben attrezzata, letti comodi

Bagno diviso e non ben ristrutturato

Location was brilliant. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Disappointed that there was no washing machine as was advertised. Electricity switches were very elderly and we felt that some were possibly dangerous.
