The apartment is situated in a great area, very close to the Central station, restaurants, public transportation. Very convenient if you want to explore the city without loosing too much time in commuting. It is itself decently sized and has the essential facilities for self-catering stay.
In general the apartment was clean, except some areas under the sofa. Major letdown was the fact that although the host was informed that we were a group of 4, we had to make ourselves the sofa-beds for the other 2 people of our group. Also before our check out, we received a mail informing us about the "guests responsibilities" in order to avoid any charges and to make the cleaner's work easy. We had to rearrange the furniture to their original places. We have traveled in many places and believe me it is not the guest's responsibility to make the beds, to fold the linen and the towels or to clean the garbage bins in order to make it easer for the cleaners.

It was very easy to check in. There is a luggage room free of charge, where we could leave our luggage on the last day. The entire service was automated in a good way. The internet was good. It is right next to Kamppi, so easy to reach and easy to explore the rest of Helsinki.
The kitchen only had the minimal amount of plates and utensils. The beds were not the most comfortable, but it was acceptable. The sauna is only open twice a week during evening hours. The dishwasher machine did not seem to work well. Overall only minor complaints.

Bed is okay. Could have been softer. Location is superb. Kitchen was barely okay - not enough cutlery, plates, glasses. Services were fulfilled but a little slow.
kitchen utensils , wine glaases, not enough. light fixtures in livign were oddly placed. Sofa was dirty. Needed more sitting areas as we used second sofa as a bed . Oven didn't provide aluminium foil, and didn't like the fact we had to clean it.
