great localation! restaurants, walks, etc . We cooked most nights and needed more utensils etc

Bed is okay. Could have been softer. Location is superb. Kitchen was barely okay - not enough cutlery, plates, glasses. Services were fulfilled but a little slow.

kitchen utensils , wine glaases, not enough. light fixtures in livign were oddly placed. Sofa was dirty. Needed more sitting areas as we used second sofa as a bed . Oven didn't provide aluminium foil, and didn't like the fact we had to clean it.

With little extra touch would be a great accomodation

Great location, appartment was clean, well equipped. When I needed assistance with front door the operator was very helpful. With some extra touch the accomodation would be rated 10.

Though the apparment was well equipped, I missed kitchen towels and basic ingredients , such as salt, pepper,sugar,… it doesn’t cost much but when you cook for yourself it comes handy . At the end of the stay they ask you to take off the linnen and I discovered the matress was sulked with old blood. It ruined much of the good impression . If you stay longer, you have to pay for extra sheets and towels, which is quite expensive . Nevertheless , I would return .

Very convenient apartments in the center of Helsinki

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. The terrace was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable. They provide storage for luggage after check out free of charge. We had no complaints at all.

Good stay in Helsinki

The location was the best thing about our stay. Overall the apartment was clean and great, apart from few things I'll specify later.

First of all, when leaving the apartment, one of the requirements asked by the owners is to clean and wash the dishes. But upon our arrival, the dishes were left quite dirty by the previous guests. Another rule of the apartment was to throw out all the remaining food and such. This forced us to throw away good stuff, such as oil, salt, tea and other spices that could easily be used again by other guests, although I can see why this rule exists. The last thing I didn't like was the duvet and the pillows which were yellow and had really questionable stains on them, although the sheets were cleaned.

The pillows were very small and soft. Slight confusion on arrival trying to find our apartment. We didn't realise there was more than one block of apartments, so we ended up on the wrong floor.

Since the photos were from different apartment, everything was disappointing: first floor, dark and unwelcoming, worn down look and feel, one carpet in the whole apartment, washer blocking the bathroom sink, etc.

Terrible experience

I didn’t like anything to be honest. The room i booked was not the room I was given. Two single beds were joined to make a big one but they were getting separated sooo easily. So if you move a little bit to the other side, you might find yourself on the floor between two beds and i m not jokking. Apart from that, the most important thing, the room was freezing, I got cold on my first night and I had to spend my holiday in the bed😅 terrible experience honestly. I texted them to turn the central heating system on, but they said that during summer period they do not turn the central heating system on. There is no summer in Finland on June. For God’s sake, i paid to sleep well, but their answer was like a joke. I stayed in Forenoms apartments before in other countries and never had problem. But in Finland…I m still sick guys😅

Location and size of apartment

Apartments were NOT serviced. While we were three adults staying for nearly one month there was only one additional set of sheets supplied for three beds with a charge of 65 euro applying if we wanted extra bed linen. Also, we were three adults all over 70. We were totally dependent on other guests properly closing the gate lift after use. We were in apt A25 on 7th floor and on a number of occasions myself or my wife had to either ascend or descend seven flights of stairs as the third member of our group was not so mobile. We also experienced unacceptable noise from other guests.

I would not recommend this apartment unless cleanliness is not an issue.

This apartment does not match the photo except for the wall paper. The mattress tops on the beds are too big and slip off, however in saying that they were surprisingly comfortable. The apartment size was good as was the location. But that’s where it ends. The apartment was dirty, dust everywhere, the blinds were covered in dust, dirty hand marks on the windows, a bag full of empty beer cans on the balcony and we could not use the balcony as everything was covered in dirt. In the kitchen there was food in the drain and one of the chopping boards has food on it. Pretty disappointing considering the cost.

Great location, easy access, clean.

Customer Service refused to refund an extra I needed to be cancelled even though I was well within the 14 day cancellation period. The appartment is fine on first look but could use a little maintenance: e.g. Bedroom had no doorknob, so when shutting the door it could only be opened by force. Curtains could not be properly closed in the bedroom. Kind of loud as there are currently some construction sites nearby and a school is located across the street, thankfully not on the bedroom side though.

Location is great, 15-20 min walking to most of attractions. And the central train station is nearby, as well as tram stop. The place is nice and clean - totally recommend! The support team was also reactive with their replies!

Excellent location but overall disappointing

Excellent location - very near a main metro station and was able to walk back from the stadium after a concert! Beds were comfy and shower was good.

Checking in put a downer on the start of our holiday. We were told a code would be sent at 16.00. There were lots of us outside waiting. At 16.03 I got a message to say the room wasn't ready yet. I called customer service at 16.50 to be told still not ready. I called again at 17.20 when there was just us and one other group left and was finally given the code to enter but when we went into the room the cleaner was still in there! It was pretty obvious there was just the one cleaner doing every room at a time and ours was one of the last... room was very basic/minimal with no warmth in terms of decor. No coffee or tea supplied (but there was random pasta sauce and a kiwi left in the fridge). I wouldn't stay again.

Both the Beds and sofa bed uncomfortable. The sofa bed was broken, had a ditch in the middle and both the single beds were hard and difficult to sleep on. The kitchen and bathroom was good. Just needed tea towels for the kitchen. There was no instructions to operate the washing machine and dishwasher. Also where to put the rubbish. we had to find it ourselves. I have stayed here before, and it was in much better condition.

A wonderful 5 days in the apartment.

The apartment had everything I needed for a most comfortable and pleasant stay. Beautifully placed; trams and supermarkets close by, but could walk almost every where.

Ha! I always like to buy flowers wherever I stay. The apartment did not have a vase, but the coffee pot did the trick!

Large spacious apartment in a great location. The entire city center of Helsinki is within walking distance.

Very, very poor quality of customer service. Before arrival, there is a lot of information about additional services that can`t be purchased and information about the need to clean the apartment before check-out. Some nonsense. It is necessary to send a photo of an ID card and a selfie. We had a reservation for 4 people. Upon arrival, 3 sets of bed linen and 2 sets of towels were waiting for us. Inability to call the customer service department. Very late reply to written messages. The problem was not solved until the end of the stay. Dust and dirt under the bed and behind the TV. Dirty in the bathroom. The apartment was badly cleaned. Lack of interest in the issue after returning despite filling out the satisaphaction questionnaire. Everything is managed by a large real estate operator (apartments all over Scandinavia). A single client is ignored.
