The host truly made the stay worth it! They were extremely communicative, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. All the essentials were well taken care of: towels, soap, and toilet roll were fully stocked. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with an elevator in the building that made access easy. We also appreciated how close it was to public transit, which made getting around Helsinki simple and efficient. Overall, the host’s attentiveness and kindness were the standout part of the experience.

The apartment was not the same as shown in the pictures, and the address differed from the listing, which caused some initial confusion. Fortunately, the host’s excellent communication made everything easy to resolve and the apartment was what I needed.

a representative was not at the apartment to meet us as promised. Took a while for them to show up.

Siisti ja rauhallinen alue. Tilava huoneisto. Kätevä pysäköinti kohtuu hintaan alakerran parkkihallissa.

Keittiö ja pesutilat oli huonossa kunnossa. Lastulevyovet paisuilivat kaapeissa ja laatikoissa. Ovet toimi huonosti. WC istuin vuosi pientä noroa pesuhuoneen lattialle.

Les terrasses i l'espai en general estava bé, però ens faltava una dutxa.

A última hora ens van canviar l'apartament sense avisar-nos. Aquest tenia només una dutxa i el que nosaltres havíem contractat en tenia 2. La situació tampoc no era la que nosaltres havíem acordat, aquest apartament és trobava més apartat del centre, i de tots els serveis necessaris.
