The location and the facilities are really good. The host is really caring about his guests and everything is clearly described and supported for. We really liked our stay and would not hesitate to come again if we were in Helsinki. Coffee and tea maker was explained well and worked without hick-ups and many options were provided
There are a few small things that had been slightly annoying despite it had been no major issue:
The smart keys are troublesome as when you are in a hurry you might not be able to open the door to the house and/or apartment quickly. I told the host about the experience but it is not in his power to change it. Personally I found nothing smart about the keys.
The curtain between the two bedrooms is semi-transparent. Not a major issue for me and my colleague but with glass walls, privacy is limited.
The continental breakfast offered is very limited (toast bread, butter, jam).

Everything! Location is great, walkable to everywhere, transport easy access too if needed. easy communication with owner, very clean, complete on what you will need in a place to stay, feels homey! Fruits, bread, coffee very helpful to our family. Kitchen has all u need. Very comfy beds for a family of 5 adults. Towels are great quality. Very easy communication very responsive! Vick thought of everything that can make your vacation a home away from home!

Ottima posizione, vicino a diversi servizi, parchi e ristoranti. L'host è super gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con le lenzuola e ci ha subito aiutato a risolvere. Ci ha mandato dei video dimostrativi per poter usufruire dei servizi presenti nell'appartamento. Ci ha fatto trovare dell'acqua e della frutta fresca.
Il giorno del check out ci ha offerto di restare, gratuitamente, una notte in più. Ma avevamo altri piani e abbiamo approfittato per fare comunque il check out con più calma.
C'è anche una lava-asciuga, comodissima per chi viaggia con bambini e ha necessità di un cambio in più.
Nelle lenzuola abbiamo trovato dei capelli, ma l'host ci ha subito proposto di utilizzare altre lenzuola presenti nell'armadietto in cucina.
Il water non era super pulito, ma in sede ci sono dei prodotti per poterlo far splendere 😂
Le camere sono separate da una vetrata scorrevole e da una tenda.
