Excellent location in residential area

Great location only 10 minutes walk from the harbour and cathedral. Spotlessly clean and well equipped studio with comfortable bed and lots of TV channels. On balance this was excellent value given the location

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain but we covered it with the bath mat which helped. We would have preferred it to be a bit warmer, the radiators were on but not very hot. Minor details and we really enjoyed our stay.

I personally do not recommend. Location was good, but not room wasn't.

Door locking system was good. Location was good

It was hard to understand house number logic. I tried to contact helpdesk chat, but unsuccessfully. After several messages I got back answer that support via chat does not work on weekends. Tried to call also, but inserting reservation number to identify myself during call was quite a chhallenge and I gave up. Trying door code worked for me and I reached right place. There was no clear istructions in room how to handle trash. Rooms were big, but not cozy. Several rooms, but beds were together in one bedroom, thin curtain between beds. Furniture, doors, floors were worn-out. A lot of liquid damage signs. Dusty bathroom ventilation.

Not bad but not the best

Location, size, design

When we arrived, the single bed was not prepared. We asked help to a staff member who said:"we didn't prepare that bed because usually the room is booked for only two people" and then he showed us the blankets and he said:"you can prepare the bed with these blankets". One blanket was also dirty but is not acceptable that a guest has to prepare the bed, is a staff duty.

Excellent location for exploring Helsinki.

Spacious lounge and kitchen area, light and airy. Lovely warm and roomy bathroom with lots of wonderful hot water for shower. Microwave and full oven facilities a bonus. Comfortable choice of seating and twin beds, which was what I wanted. Outstanding level of cleanliness throughout. Storage for more than I needed. Fantastic WiFi connection. Excellent that door code enabled me to access building, apartment and waste disposal room, also meant no need to carry a key everywhere that could get lost! Was very appreciative of the lift after a day's walking.

Disappointing

Great location and big, clean apartment.

Double bed is too small for two people. The internet barely works in the apartment and doesn't work in all rooms. I contacted the company and they said they would tell maintenance but it was bad during the whole stay.

Easy, straightforward access to apartment. Very well maintained building and apartment. Good location, quiet residential area. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented.

Really lovely time spent in a quiet building.

Beautiful quiet location and clean, well-kept and simple but attractive. Good facilities and I really liked the curtains around the bed

There was a little bit of maintenance needed- the shelf above the bed was loose so everything rolled of it and the shower head didn’t stay up.

Good but super frustrating experience to enter the room.

Ample apartment, clean and in a good location. Nice view, fully equipped kitchen. Pleasant view also.

Entering the apartment was a nightmare. I was supposed to receive the code to enter the apartment via SMS and email. I waited until 16.15 and nothing had happened - I had to call to a Finnish number and charge my phone. The receptionist could not find the booking with the booking reference. I finally received a code in booking messenger at 16.26 after I had sent a couple of messages. The clue was that I was waiting in the rain and with a serious business e-meeting at 16.10 that I finally had to cancel. Pretty frustrating.

1 Night stay in Helsinki

The room was nice and quite well equiped. It had a toaster, oven, and the usual pots and pans. We were quite happy to find out that the bathroom had in floor heating. We were also extremely happy that we could store our luggage before and after our stay. The check in and check out went smooth as well, the descriptions were quite detailed.

There was nothing we could really complain about.

Great location, easy check-in and check-out, good kitchen appliances for a long stay.

The room was cleaned but it was not really clean, lots of stains on furniture and linens. There is no room service and guests are responsible for their room cleaning. But there was no mop and no vacuum cleaner available. Also the room really needs renovation.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything needed including a dishwasher. It also had a washing machine.

I got an email from the organisation saying we had to wipe the surfaces and clean the floor with a vacuum cleaner before leaving. Considering the price, I found it weird. They were supposed to have a room in the building to leave luggage. Never found it.

Exceptional

Outstanding service. It was nothing super amazing in terms of the design but absolutely great value. I have loved the the equipment - fast internet, iron, towels, washing machine etc. Moreover, there were washing machine pills and washing powder, very useful and unique to me not need to buy whole big pack for one wash. Location was also cool, a quiet street close to the tram stop, few steps more to metro or whole Hakaniemi junction. You may also walk around easily to the Market Square. Great contact with the support.

Well, this is for building construction not the service - the windows were old and did not open wide (old school two elements). Also this tiny bedroom part has quite broken 220v socket.

The location of the apartment is good

The building is quite run down and there is a fair bit of noise from other apartments. Our apartment was not clean and was very poorly equipped. It didn’t hold a table or a place to eat. The kitchen didn’t have much to work with either.
