This appartment has everything you need to be at home, away from home. Small details like dishwasher tablets, gym membership card, multiple soap/shampoo bottles in the shower, gym mats, washing maching, iron. The place appears to be an old office building where the top floor got converted to apartments. When I took the stairs the two floors below looked unoccupied. Maybe for this reason as well, it was quiet. Maybe some rumbling of the tram was audiable, but nothing else. Windows seal the city sounds, and I could not hear other guests either. The sofa bed in the living room makes a narrow bed for two and as a sofa bed it is not the best. I am picky about beds, and it was a struggle to go to sleep for me. But I should have known this, just a note to myself for the future. Bob was quite helpful, we needed extra duves and it.was in the storage room the next day. Best service. Perfect location. I also added pictures of the breakfast from Fazer cafe which around the corner.

Location was great proximity to services, sites, etc. excellent.

The pull out sofa, was very comfortable to sleep on, but the mattress topper made it hard to fold up the bed to sit on the sofa so we had to use the chairs at the table.

Location was amazing to explore Helsinki - easy to reach from the train station and walking distance to all the main sights. The price was great given this location and the 3 bed apartment was ideal for a group sharing.

It's obviously been a while since it was decorated so the apartment was quite tired and there was noticeable damage to furniture and walls that hadn't been fixed. For 3 people the facilities were ok but if 8 stayed (max occupancy) having only 1 bath for a 3 bed apartment is not enough.
