About this villa rental
A spacious 98.5 m² two-storey rivitalo in Ylästö, Vantaa — five minutes by car from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and a short hop into Helsinki city centre. Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests in comfort, with a private wood-panelled sauna, two full bathrooms, a modern open-plan kitchen, a glass-enclosed upper balcony, and a long ground-floor terrace.
The ground floor has the four bedrooms — a master with a queen bed and direct terrace access, plus three smaller bedrooms with twin or single beds (two are set up with workstations for remote work). Two nearly identical bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, WC, and bidet sprayer; the sauna and washing room are on the same level. A storage closet holds a baby high chair, iron, ironing board, and extra bedding.
The upper floor is the social heart of the home — a bright open-plan kitchen with white cabinets, black countertops, induction hob, island extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and toaster, flowing into a dining area for four to five and a comfortable living room with a large smart TV. From there, sliding doors open onto a fully glass-enclosed balcony with an orange sofa, dining set, and views across the colourful rivitalo neighbours.
Two reserved parking spots are included, plus one covered carport. A heated indoor storage room is available for skis, bikes, or luggage between stays. Easy self check-in via keybox. Bed linens and towels provided.

🚪 Yard, terrace, and balcony use should be quiet between 22.00 and 07.00 to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, terrace, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed in this apartment, but must be added to the booking.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property.
💦 Only water is allowed on the sauna stove.
👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest`s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest`s stay.
