Everything physical.
The website and app are beside the information sections beyond useless.
You can't book anything with them... besides everything advising you to... i bet they'd have more people enjoying what was to offer if you could book shit more easily.
The restaurants/bars don't have their menus advertised in them, you have to walk up to the place and ask.... the horror.

The room was decent for the price, toilet was clean, bed was comfortable enough. The ship is big with lots of entertainment options, although quite pricey.
Very thin walls between the rooms, I could hear the people in the nearby rooms clearly, which affected sleep.
The time the ship parked in Stockholm was very limited (~5.5 hours), I had to visit the city in a rush. If you want to have more time to see around, consider another option.

The Suite was great value for money, loved the breakfast. Enjoyed spa and sauna. Had very good dinner in two different restaurants. Done some shopping and enjoyed the time in Stockholm old town!
