The location is excellent. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Very responsive to queries.

When the sun only set around 11pm and sunrise at 4am, blackout curtains would be more useful for our sleep.

The location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great dining options within a few blocks.

It was so light at night with the late sunset; darker or blackout shades would have been nice.

Very spacious, clean and great location. The staff were also very responsive even on public holidays. They were able to arrange a pick up for an item we forgot at the apartment after checking out

Some things do require some maintenance. Some of the door handles are missing, some of the paint is pealing

A localização do apartmento era excelente. Perto do centro e perto da estação de comboios de Helsínquia. Cozinha bem equipada, quer em eletrodomésticos, quer em utensílios de cozinha.

Notava-se claramente falta de higiene no que diz respeito aos lençois, almofadas, fronhas e edredãos (tinham cabelos, manchas amarelas de não serem lavados e cheiravam a pó). Havia pó acumulado, por baixo das camas. Nota-se também falta de manutenção. Por exemplo o cortinado da janela estava solto quando chegámos ao apartamento. Os cortinados deveriam ser mais espessos, de forma a possibilitar um melhor descanso noturno. Havia demasiada claridade.
