La posizione centrale vicino alla stazione è collegata bene con i tam
Per prendere le chiavi devi andare all ufficio che dista più di 1km dalla struttura con i bagagli che ovviamente pesano quando basterebbe lo stesso sistema ma posizionato all ingresso dell edificio

It’s a lovely, spacious, apartment and the sauna is perfect. Beds are comfortable, living room is nicely furnished, WiFi is fast. Amazingly central location.
Please communicate clearer that you have to walk 13 minutes away to a different part of the city to collect. I spent 35 minutes walking around, across Google Maps, Apple Maps. I spoke to two strangers and showed them the instructions, no luck!
It really affected my first impression of Finland, which had been spotless from airline, airport, train. I was so impressed with your pick up instructions with images. But this key pick up was an absolute mission.
Eventually, I realised ‘Pick up from meant a street name. No mention of time required to walk, a Google Map pin, map graphic.
The other gripe was supplying shampoo but no soap or shower gel, but that’s forgivable.

Excellent location. Easy walk to the Christmas markets. Parks with playground in front. Train station very close.
It was unclean and there were broken items.
My daughter sat on the seat by the door to put on her shoes and it collapsed, it was already broken with removed screws and they had just placed the seat top back on.
One of the beds was unclean / dirty sheets.
There was a very dirty cushion on the bed as well that they turned backwards to cover up the dirty cushion cover.
The handle to the bathroom was broken.
The whole apartment needs a paint and fixing up generally.
