Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger und zentraler Lage
Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine rechtzeitige Angabe des erforderlichen Keycodes. Erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache vor der Schlüsselbox stehend diesen erhalten. Auch keine Antwort auf Nachfragen zur Abreise erhalten. Sehr schade

Not much to like. Even though we requested early arrival keys were not available. Had to go and have coffee at the Fazer on the corner.
No Keys when we got there had to wait even though requested early arrival.

Location was very good - close to train station, metro and tram all very close. Also close to museums and galleries, and other cultural/historical sites and harbourfront. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Good sized apartment.
Had to go to a totally different address around 10-15 minutes walk away to access the keys...not really handy and not clear on booking, only apparent after booking. Inside front door of apartment not fitted properly/broken. There was a TV on site which did work, but no remote worked so had to manage with the manual controls on the back of the TV - response from owners on this was slow and not not satisfactory.

Die Betten waren großartig
1) Der Schlüssel muss ganz wo anders abgeholt werden. 2) Der Geschirrspüler war nicht ausgeräumt bei Ankunft. 3) Es gab einen Plattenspieler den nicht funktioniert hat, schade, das wäre sonst nett gewesen. 4) Es gab 6 Fernbedinungen ohne ersichtliche Funktion, die meisten hatten aber eh keine Batterie drinnen. 5) Die Check-out information enthält keine Infos wo man den Schlüssel hingeben soll.
