Good location, many beds, spacious for a small group, sufficient equipment to have a enjoyable stay
The shower was a bit molded and a bit tiny. We had some questions for the staff where one time we had a very fast reaction but two time we didn’t even got a response.

Centrally located, a nice old building, rather well equipped.
The check-in instructions were wrong.
The apartment is rather small, with a tiny dishwasher and a washing machine in the shower (might be a Finnish tradition though).
I'd give it a 7 or 8, but got a message from the owner saying
"It would be much appreciated and huge help if you could leave a 10-star review for us as well. If youre considering leaving a 9-star or 10-star review, we kindly ask that you choose 5 stars. Booking.com has very strict standards for reviews and even a 9-star rating is treated as if something significant went wrong."
Looks a bit like a psychological trick to me, well, it backfires with a 5 then.
