First of all, the location is great. Shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores - everything is a few minutes away on foot. The facilities are in good shape, and there is everything you may need, including a washing machine and a sauna. Some of that is a bit dated, but in good shape. Checking in was smooth, but keep in mind you need an internet connection to do it (at least the way I used it).
The clearness could be better. The lamp wires under the ceiling are covered with dust, and I'm not sure if it was my imagination, but I did smell dust. But again, cannot be 100% sure, because other surfaces were clean. Apparently, the electric kettle hadn't been used for a while and had some noticeable mold inside, so I had to clean it.

Majoituimme yhden yön, eikä meiltä puuttunut mitään. Asunto todella siisti ja täydellinen sijainti. Henkilökunnan kanssa tekemisissä ainoastaan viestitse tai puhelimitse. Palvelu ystävällistä ja kun tuli kysyttävää, niin puheluun/ viestiin vastattiin viipymättä. Tulemme varmasti uudestaan!

Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä, aivan Helsingin keskustassa.
Sähkölukko ei toiminut. Vikaa ollut palautteiden perusteella pitkän aikaa, eikä tätä näemmä viitsitä korjata. Fyysisen avaimen haku toisesta paikasta ainoa mahdollisuus päästä sisään. Ohjeistuksissa pahoja puutteita mm sisäänpääsy huoneistoon, wifi ei toiminut (ilmeisesti jonkun toisen huoneiston), parvekkeen sähkökatkaisijan sijainnista väärät ohjeet.
