Very good position, large, beautiful and well-equipped new flat.
Having to access an internet platform to unlock the entrance door is both impractical and risky. If the phone's battery dies, there would be no way to enter the flat, as no alternative emergency system is in place. This could be especially problematic if it happens in the middle of the night.
The lighting in the main bedroom is inadequate, and the bathroom is poorly designed, featuring an uncomfortably small toilet bowl awkwardly wedged into a tight corner.
