Tuvimos una estancia fantástica en este alojamiento. La ubicación es simplemente inmejorable: en pleno centro de Helsinki, con las principales atracciones, restaurantes, cafeterías y transporte público a pocos minutos a pie. El apartamento era muy cómodo, limpio y estaba perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días sin echar nada en falta. La cama era cómoda, el espacio estaba muy bien aprovechado y nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, la comunicación fue excelente y todo el proceso de llegada y salida resultó muy sencillo. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite Helsinki y busque comodidad, tranquilidad y una ubicación excepcional. ¡Volveríamos encantados!

We ended up getting another apartment as this one was double booked. Everything was handeled very well regarding the change :)

Some guy came in the middle of the night and started banging at the door untill we opened. He insisted that his friends are in (we were alone with my husband) and he tried to get in as well. After a while he realized that there was no one else with us and then he left. We felt a little suspisious and slept with one eye open after that. Otherwise everything was well, clean and modern :)

Good location to main sites and in walking distance to train station, public transport and ferries. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, hub, microwave, pots, plates and cutlery. The double bed was comfortable but could only be accessed from one side. Checkin and -out efficient.

The wifi connection and password mentioned in checkin information was totally incorrect. I wrote several times via Booking.com for assistance and did not get a reply. In the end I figured things out by investigating the modem. I also suggest that a tea towel is added to the kitchen equipment as it was not worth putting the crockery and cutlery we used into the dishwasher. Key arrangements for gate and apartment not easy.

-late check in was approved, but no pin code or lockbox number was received. Didn't get inside on the first night! - office staff were unhelpful, said they would get back to us and never did.
