The keys are collected from a location less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The instructions are extremely clear, and the staff respond very quickly via chat if you need any assistance. The accommodation is ideal for both short and medium-length stays, with all the amenities you might need. For anyone concerned about the security deposit, I recommend doing what I did: record a detailed video when you first enter the apartment, documenting any minor pre-existing issues (in my case, just very small things, such as a kitchen cabinet door that didn't close completely flush). I also recorded a similar video before checking out. You can send these videos using the email contact option available through Booking.com. In any case, I had absolutely no issues with the security deposit, which was refunded exactly seven days after check-out. Overall, a very positive experience and a great place to stay in Helsinki.

Tuvimos una estancia fantástica en este alojamiento. La ubicación es simplemente inmejorable: en pleno centro de Helsinki, con las principales atracciones, restaurantes, cafeterías y transporte público a pocos minutos a pie. El apartamento era muy cómodo, limpio y estaba perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días sin echar nada en falta. La cama era cómoda, el espacio estaba muy bien aprovechado y nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, la comunicación fue excelente y todo el proceso de llegada y salida resultó muy sencillo. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite Helsinki y busque comodidad, tranquilidad y una ubicación excepcional. ¡Volveríamos encantados!
