The only positive thing is central location (if you don't mind noise outside at night) and decent wi-fi.

Problems began right from the start. It turned out I had to pick up the keys at a different address. If I'm renting an apartment, the landlord is supposed to wait for me at that address with the keys. I shouldn't be forced to go anywhere, even if it's close. Guests arrive tired and with luggage. The apartment is, above all, very dirty (dust and stains everywhere). We found food remnants on forks and kitchen utensils and spent an hour thoroughly washing them before we could use them – quite a disgusting task. In the nightstand I found a package stained with melted chocolate from the previous guests, my friend found a menstrual pad meaning no one had bothered to open and clean it. The refrigerator was similarly dirty, as someone else pointed out in the comments. The bedding was old, worn, and cheap, like in a student motel. If you're renting an expensive apartment, it wouldn’t hurt to invest in decent bedding. The washing machine was so dirty and the dryer filter so clogged that I was afraid to do laundry. The main entrance key fits the apartment's lock – does that mean everyone in the building has access to the apartment? I've literally never seen anything like this before, and I travel a lot. The apartment would be acceptable if it were half the price.
