About this apartment rental
5th floor luminous apartment faces inner yard and you will sleep comfortably in the heart of the city. Apartment has 2 double beds (one of them can be separated into 2 single beds) and 1 sofa-bed plus comfortable chairbed. Apartment has 3 separate rooms with small kitchen. Large wifi tv and fast mobile wifi is included.
Apartment is cleaned professionally and with efficient products to guarantee you a safe and pleasant stay. No partys allowed.
1. NO NOISE, LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
Please respect the building`s silent hours between 21:00 - 09:00. This is to respect our neighbors.
In case neighbors complain (with proof) of these strict house rules, we`ll have to charge you a fine of 300€ + 50€/guest + all expenses like extra cleanings and damages. We compensate the damage to the neighbors. Noise reduction policy is only for avoiding parties, music, etc disturbing noises in houses - not for normal family life with children.
We report any drug-related misconduct to the authorities.
2. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN both in the apartment and on the balcony (in Finland). Smoking is also forbidden in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance.
3. PLEASE LEAVE OUTSIDE SHOES ALWAYS AT THE ENTRANCE. This way we can keep the apartment carpets tip top condition for our fellow guests. This is also to respect the Finnish tradition.
4. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE KIDS JUMP ON THE SOFAS OR ON BEDS - they break easily.
5. PLEASE AVOID PUTTING TOO MUCH TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET. Do not put any other material in the toilet.

We loved the old ambiance and the location. The check in process is very complicated with the key in a different location and incomplete directions for building entry. It was also not clear that that there is no door on the first bedroom to the living room and you have to enter 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom. M

Location was good. The place a bit outdated but the difficulty of getting the key made the experience unpleasant since it wasn't on site. Directions to get the key were vague so compounded by the fact we were weary travelers made the initial impact a negative.
