Super nice location and spacious apartement!

The apparent was exactly as described. We used it as a couple and it is perfect. Location can not be beaten. Only 800m to the centre of town. 2 minutes to the nearest tram stop that would take you anywhere you need to go. It’s only 10 minutes by tram to the docks and a wonderful market. Communications with the owner was quick and easy. Definitely could not recommend this stay more highly

The cleanliness of the kitchen was lacking. The settee was very uncomfortable.

This flat has all the potential to be a great little short-stay.- please see commentsbelow however. Pleasant location, walking distance to beach, to railway station/harbour. Several cafés nearby. No difficulty finding keys. With a bit more care put into minor details (windows, curtains, bed linens)- the flat could meet its potential. The host had agreed to exyendvour check-out by one hour but in the end we left earlier than required.

The flat is listed as a "penthouse apartment with garden views". It is onnthe groundfloor overlooking the building's carpark- inner courtyard, at a stretch. When we arrived, thebwinfoes were left open. Luckily because it was stiflingly hot. I couldn't open the windows further beyond a small crack as they are attached by a mullion. I contacted the host to ask how to open them, the reply was they couldn't remember but to use the fan. There is a small table-top fan- which I put in the "separate bedroom"- for my children. There was nothing for the livingroom where I slept. Nobody got any sleep due to the heat. The sofabed had a thin foam mattress on it, terribly hot. There are no blackout curtains- blinds only, one set no longer working so it was light most of the night.
