Appartamento molto carino in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro. C'era tutto il necessario, il letto era molto comodo e tutto era pulito. C'è stato un piccolo problema al check in ma lo staff ci ha supportati rapidamente e abbiamo risolto!

Very well located apartmen, spacious rooms. Everything is easily accessible on foot. The main railway station is only about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is well equipped, and the kitchen has all the basic cooking ingredients (salt, sugar, oil, etc.). A nice extra is that guests are welcomed with a packet of coffee. The check-in is comfortable automatic. Late check-out (a few hours) was also possible at no extra cost.

The mattress is too soft, not comfy.

The staff, in general, the staff is very polite and responds quickly to all questions. They helped me a lot with my check-in and I was very glad that the staff was responsive.

All the shortcomings in general are not so critical. But I would like the staff to be more attentive to detail - dishes, extractor hood, shower.
