Wunderschönes Zimmer, gleich beim Bahnhof und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

At first, we were hesitant to book because there were only a few reviews, and the hotel almost looked too good to be true. We decided to take a chance after cancelling our previous hotel in Florence the night before due to noise and cleanliness issues, and we are so glad we did. In our opinion, this place deserves 5 stars. It is brand new and only a two-minute walk from the train station. The Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, the Central Market, and all the major attractions are within walking distance. Florence is very compact, so everything is easy to reach on foot. If you want the lively atmosphere, restaurants, shops, and main squares are around the conner or just a 5-10 minute walk away. At the end of the day, you can return to the hotel and enjoy a peaceful and luxurious night’s sleep. The AC is nice and cold ,the room is extremely clean. There is a lovely common area that offers complimentary refreshments, coffee, and snacks 24/7. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The amenities and attention to detail are on par with, or even better than, many 5-star hotels. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I love. I cannot wait to return to Florence and stay here again. As a bonus, being so close to the train station saved us a lot of money on taxis when traveling to Pisa, Rome, and Venice. This hotel is truly a hidden gem. It's actually Downtown with peace in our opinion.

Superb & excellent. This is our best booking ever for our trip in Europe. The rooms have been newly renovated and the property is so near to the Firenzi S.M.N. and many famous tourist attractions that our trip was truly enjoyable. The entire property design has very nice taste. Moreover, the host was very friendly and showed us Florence map with famous tourist attractions which local people also enjoy with and nicely circled those places for us; we were also shown a recommended list of places to eat and drink. Plus, fruits, snacks, and croissants were available for grab, and this provided a great recharge for us who have travelled for quite a number of days. Lastly, the welcome chocolates were wonderful. This is definitely the place where I will go again and again when I travel to Florence again. Thank you so much for making the Florence experience amazing.
