The location of the property was really good (close to the Train station) and so was the cleanliness of the room. The room was very spacious with a great shower.

Location was very close to train station & convenient walking distance to attractions
Bathroom layout was very small & awkward

Very clean, when we got there they had a booklet of places to see, restaurants to eat at, where the hospitals, banks and pharmacies were. It was extremely helpful as someone coming to florence for the first time. It was so close to everything too
The shower didn’t drain very fast but that would be a quick fix

Great location close to the railway station
Dark, not so clean, small bathroom. Poor breakfast served in restaurant outside the hotel.
