The place was amazing, really convenient location and really comfortable. We had an issue with the AC, but they acted really quick to fix it. The hosts are always helpful and attentive, and from beginning to end made us comfortable. If you want to stay close to the station, this is perfect.

Jade Stays was easy to get to from the main train station. Our host was easy to get hold of and helpful. The building was secure, as was the group of apartments. There was a small shared kitchen where you could prepare a meal, tea, coffee etc. This also had a dishwasher & washing machine. It was central to all attractions. Very easy to get to the main cathedral (Duomo). Air conditioning was excellent and there was no noise transfer.
No a huge fan of the stairs to get to the lift but this is to be expected in nearly all buildings in Italy - so not so easy with a suitcase.
