Great location, great rooms, comfortable stay.
Stayed in the privilege room with balcony which was quite spacious.
Note that hotels in the Florence city centre cannot turn AC on outside of the summer months, so you are out of luck if it’s hot outside of those months. We visited in early april where it was 26c and the rooms were 25c but could not cool down.

Hotels in a great location for visiting the historic areas of Florence. It’s very close to the train station which makes it an easy choice. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean though a little small for my usual taste. We did not try breakfast.

Was great hotel, well maintained, clean, and nice room. Just maybe a bit noisy the ventilation system, but so far everything was ok.
