Nice views, nice furnishings, quiet, helpful staff. Location near the train station had pros and cons. I was traveling by train so that was good, but there were some street people around. Only a short walk to good restaurants and to the Duomo area. I would probably consider staying there again.

I had to wait a little to get in, but that was due to the time of day I arrived.

We had two rooms and it worked great travelling with adult children. Room had everything we needed and was very central to everything. Just a two minute walk to the train and tram. Restaurants, shops, markets and sightseeing close by.

Nothing

The room overlooking the city roofs tops all, such beauty to wake up to! All mornings felt great, sipping a coffee while church bells rang and birds flew over the skyline. The location is also another perk, 4 mins walking from the central train station! Check in & out easy and convenient with the owner. Free coffee pods and water bottles is also very nice :) It is not 100% sound proof, as the wind blows into some metallic things here and there outside, but generally all city noise is subdued because of being on highest floor and not overlooking the busy street.

The place is very small even for a couple, especially if you have big luggage to open. Bed is not that comfortable, room needs a fresh layer of paint and a change of curtains and better cleaning overall. Toilet is very small, and the standing shower floods fast with water most probably because of bad drainage.
