Clean, air conditioner very good and location perfect.

The beds are generally comfortable, but one of the double beds is actually a sofa bed, and it’s not very comfortable.

Excellent location!! 4 minute walk from the train station. Excellent choice in my opinion for short stays, if you are catching trains to elsewhere and easily walkable to all major sites. Very accommodating. There was no plug in by the one bed. It was needed for the sleep machine, the staff very quickly brought us an extension cord! Cleanliness 15/10!! Very easy check in instructions, made it go very smoothly.

If I could nitpick one thing, it would be the mattresses, nonetheless, it was a great stay and I would defiantly stay again!

I had a very pleasant stay at The Apollo Guesthouse. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, with everything I needed conveniently close by. The stay was comfortable and fuss-free, and I would especially like to thank the lady (not sure if she's part of usual housekeeping but she helped me change the sheets when i requested), who was warm, attentive, and did a wonderful job. Her efforts really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, a great choice for convenience and comfort in Florence.

may hv some plumbing issue that needs some attention.

Location

Very very noisy from other guests mainly - walls were very thin. They leave ear plugs by the bed which speaks for itself. It was 30 degrees when we arrived and they had the a/c on with doors and windows open providing an unwelcoming hot room upon arrival. Lift is pretty pathetic when you are hauling luggage to the 3rd floor. Hardly any power points when you are a family of 4 this is sub standard. Poor ventilation in bathroom. Coffee machine on offer - it did not work. Coffee came out cold and leaked hot water all over the bench and our belongings. I wish someone had of been this honest previously as I would not have booked.
