We did have issues on site about access to the private beach complaining we weren’t owners but managed to sort it

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and cafe. The caravan was nice and cosy, with heaters for each room, and a really comfortable double bed. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the sunshine with the dog. Communication from the owners was exceptional and check in very easy.

The shower is temperamental and took us a while to get the temperature right.

Simon & Vanessa couldn't accommodate is enough. They had messaged us before our stay to let us know the last guests had trashed their van, broken the bathroom window & left the place in an horrendous state. When we arrived Simon was still trying to clean up , we totally felt for him so we got stuck in & helped him. A couple just trying to make a living & the scum that had no respect for someone else's property is beyond me !! We'll definitely be back. Its just a shame other folk have to ruin it for others. The location was good

Upon first entering the property wasn’t clean, toilet has urine stains on the seat. Sugar all over the shelf in kitchen. Light in kitchen didn’t work. Grease on cupboards and walls in kitchen. No privacy blind at bathroom window. Shower was either too hold or cold.
