Lovely caravan in an amazing location.
The bedding smelt amazing and it was lovely and clean with everything you could want.
Nothing wrong with caravan at all
The parking was hard as it was a corner plot and the caravan next door kept parking on the front instead of the side so we couldn't get past.

Baileys caravan is in a great location 8 minutes walk to fantasy island there's a family bar just across the road from the caravan the caravan it's self had everything you need WiFi tv outside seating area everything you need in the kitchen area the shower works really well no dip in temperature that you get in hotel showers nice comfortable bed would recommend renting this caravan had really good communication with the owner looking to rebook this caravan already

The caravan was spacious and extremely well equipped - even washing up liquid, dish sponge etc was provided plus tea, coffee and sugar!Only needed our own towels
The caravan site is very well located - right next to the beach, close to the centre of Ingoldmells, and easy access to Skegness or Chapel Saint Leonards by bys or car.
This particular caravan was right next to a busy road and across from a noisy club.
However, I don't think the whole site would hear these noises, so other caravans would probably be quiet.

Closeness to the beach and the attractions was good
We were expecting a sea view, but it wasn't. There wasn't even 1 roll of toilet paper and after a long journey you can imagine! The steps up to the caravan were loose and very slippy when wet and I injured my arm slipping. The wifi stopped working after 2 days but there were no staff/reception to get help from, just a lady at the corner shop! It wasn't very easy to find either, the lovely lady at the shop had to walk us round whilst we followed in our car.
