How close it was to the beach it literally was 1 minute walk out the caravan straight on to the beach front with a lovely cafe

Was nice and quiet for the first 2 nights and location was good for both Fantasy Island and Skegness
The 3rd and 4th nights where a bit noisy from the family opposite
