We liked the short distance to the beach and fantasy Island ,also Eastgate market. The buses to Skegness ran at 10 minute intervals from just outside of the site entrance so really accessible enabling us to leave the car at the side of the caravan.

The caravan was lovely and clean . It was well equipped with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay also Stacey and June the owners were very helpful . Its location was excellent only 50 metres from the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Fantasy island and Eastgate market so has something for everyone. You can even leave your car and take the bus to not worry about parking as the bus stop is just outside the site entrance these run at 10 minute intervals to Skegness.
There is nothing negative to say about this caravan as I rate my stay here as a 10/10.

Location and easy to get to beach
Only after booked, was asked for 75£ deposit alongside a very lengthy rules and regulations for a caravan stay Delay on obtain the key code had to contact owner and delay getting deposit back again had to contact owner
