The location

The fact that we had to ask upon arrival for hair to be removed from the stove. Even after taking photos of everything before we left we never received our deposit back. Will not be returning

A cheap shoddy caravan with huge need of an update for the cost of the stay not worth it

Liked the location like the outdoor terrace was nice to sit out there and socialise. The shower was good.

First off the caravan it self was really difficult to enter you had to enter a suitcase type code and it took nearly an hour to do with no help from anyone. The caravan was very old fashioned and not clean. The worst part was deffinatly the beds the double was a plastic mattress and it was like laying on metal rods. I paid 12 pound for the bedding for the double and 7 each for singles and the beds were not even made when we arrived we had to do this ourselves! For the amount of money you would think the bedding would of been nicer also very worn and itchy. The single beds were tiny and not fit for adults to sleep in and also very uncomfortable. The fire didn’t work in the living room and also there was no lead for the dvd player so couldn’t watch the provided dvds. I would not reccomend this place at all.

Brilliant.

Booked the caravan stay very last minute, the owners of the caravan were very professional, got all the information over to be as they said they would. The stay was very straight forward, the caravan was cosy and homely, the park is pristine and the location is perfect!

It was absolutely lovely but there was a few things that needed doing it wasn’t clean kitchen sides was dirty bathroom had a poo stain on the lid of the toilet,shower door was mucky,Toilet lid was very wobbly,Bathroom tap was mucky,Master bedroom light behind the bed was wobbly could of popped off and cut our heads open and the double quilt had a poo stain on it and one of the pillows also had a poo stain on it. The dvd player in the room didn’t work,Apart from all the dirt etc it was a lovely stay just needs some work on cleaning and mending things.

the van was one of the best we have ever styed in the kitchin was verry well equiped all you needed to cook a meal without having to wash up befor you could eat, the beds were cofrtuble for a caravan but not mutch room to walk round the bed.

the wifi did not conect so the kids was not happy no wifi for 5 days too bad!.the van was only 5 mins from fantacy iisland very handy.

The Cleanest of the caravan, it was a really nice caravan.

There was no central heating. Which it dont normal bother us but was really cold over night this weekend But there was some plug heaters left for us which did warm the bedrooms up pretty quick. And also there was a gas fire to help with the warmth

The caravan was great with a nice decking veranda with seats. Location was perfect as it was close to the beach and fantasy island.

When we arrived the Gas cooker was not cleaned, it was greasy. And the fridge was abit dirty too.

The seating area had a smell of somthing unpleasant. The cushions need deep cleaning because they smell. Behind the toilet was dirty not cleaned. Kitchen floor dirty and need of replacement. Lots of snagging needs reaparing. No light bulbs in kitchen, boiler broken, shower holder broken. Chair on balcony broken, strip on door broken.
